Will was born on the island of Tortola in the The British Virgin Islands where he spent the first years of his life. He has been living in beautiful Clearwater since his move to the states in 1984.
Will began his career in real estate in February of 2004, co-founding a real estate investment company, MW Investors, Inc. After establishing MW Investors, Inc. as a local market leader in residential investment procurement, he co-founded and was the Broker/President of MW Group LLC, a boutique real estate brokerage, on Clearwater Beach. The business specialized in marketing and procuring high end waterfront properties.
Will takes a very determined and persistent approach to his real estate career using skills he learned while excelling in athletics on all competitive levels. Will received a degree in International Business from Clemson University. This degree coupled with his background in real estate provides him with analytical and sales skills that have distinguished him in the local real estate market as a “leader”. His success continues as he works to establish The Shop Compass as Clearwater’s premier real estate team.
His personable nature, determined negotiating skills and emphasis on clear and consistent communication, make him an extremely valuable asset to his clients on all levels. With extensive travel to many foreign countries, Will has an understanding of international real estate needs and concerns.
In his free time, Will can be found golfing at The Belleair Country Club or boating on the beautiful waters of the Gulf of Mexico and Clearwater areas.
