Mindy M. Pretzman brings more than 21 years of federal leadership, operational planning, and executive-level client service experience to the real estate industry. A retired former Assistant Special Agent in Charge with the United States Secret Service, she built her career managing complex operations, high-stakes environments, and relationships founded on trust, discretion, and precision.
Now licensed in Florida real estate, Mindy applies that same disciplined approach to helping buyers, sellers, and investors navigate important real estate decisions with confidence. Her background in risk assessment, negotiations, strategic planning, and executive-level service provides clients with a distinct advantage—particularly within Florida’s evolving coastal and luxury property markets.
Known for her professionalism, communication, and client advocacy, Mindy is committed to delivering a seamless and informed experience from contract to closing. Whether assisting first-time buyers, relocating professionals, or clients seeking coastal and investment opportunities, she approaches every transaction with the same discipline, preparation, and strategic execution that defined her federal career.
Born in Northeast Pennsylvania, Mindy graduated from Ball State University, where she competed on the Division I field hockey team on athletic scholarship and was later inducted into the university’s Athletic Hall of Fame. She spent much of her federal career in Washington, D.C. before relocating to Florida’s beautiful Gulf Coast. Mindy was also featured in the Women in Security Documentary available on Amazon Prime Video, highlighting women in leadership across the security profession.
Outside of real estate, Mindy enjoys golfing, exercising, and spending time with family—including her mother, Margie, a career award-winning realtor also with The Shop Real Estate Co.
