A Florida native, Terry believed early on that he had a firm interest in pursuing a career in the field of real estate. Terry received his BA in Entrepreneurial Business Management in 2015. His experience in many fields including medical, non-profit mission work, as well as team management, helped forge an adaptive skill set and teachable spirit at a young age.

Terry has represented individual clients, as well as institutional investors since 2014. As a Senior Acquisitions Analyst, Terry has assisted in the acquisition of over 5,000 single family rental assets across the state of Florida in the last 6 years. In addition to investment consulting, Terry specializes in residential REO foreclosure consulting for institutional clients throughout the state of Florida. His expertise in asset management, investment underwriting, and renovations provide a competitive and measurable advantage to his clients. With a lifetime of real estate investment experience and a statewide construction network, Terry has emerged as one of the premier investment REALTORS® central Florida has to offer.

Outside of the office, Terry enjoys practicing golfing, fishing, and snowboarding. Above all, he loves to spend his free time with his wife and their two little boys.
